Update 2022-02-10

I have added some general polish to the game:

1. Added an input buffer for movement to make it more comfortable to play.

2. Hid confusing Turtle instructions until they become relevant.

3. "Too weak, eat more!" message when attempting to do certain actions before you are ready.
